The Sunday rate (Rate 2 and Rate 4) applies on Sundays and on these public holidays: New Year's Day, Berchtold's Day, Swiss National Day, Assumption Day, All Saints' Day, Immaculate Conception, Christmas Day, St Stephen's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, Corpus Christi.
How the price is calculated
Every ride starts with the base fare. To this is added the price per kilometre of the rate that applies to your ride: during the day, or at night and on Sundays and public holidays, for up to four people or for five to seven people in the large-capacity vehicle. Agreed waiting time is charged per hour. The estimated fare above uses the actual route between the two addresses.
Quote for planned rides
For longer distances, such as to Zurich or Basel airport, for recurring appointments and for business clients, we state the price in advance as a binding quote. The estimated fare gives you an initial idea of the amount.
Possible additional costs
We state these items in advance, so they never come as a surprise:
- Waiting time, if not arranged in advance (CHF 65.00 per hour)
- Surcharge of CHF 5.00 for luggage or similar items not announced in advance; does not apply if you mention it in your request
- Additional stops on request (charged by distance driven)
- Rides outside the core region by arrangement
- Cleaning in case of exceptional soiling, charged at cost
Payment
Business clients with a business account receive a consolidated monthly invoice, broken down by cost centre, with a ride overview. Private rides are paid in the vehicle in cash, with TWINT or by credit card.
