- You travel seated in a regular vehicle. We are not an emergency service and do not provide medical care.
- By arrangement, we help you get in and out and escort you to reception.
- Walking frames (rollators) and folding wheelchairs come along: anyone who can transfer to a vehicle seat is welcome. We do not currently have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.
- On request, we issue a trip record for your files. Please check directly with your health insurer whether it covers any costs; we cannot promise reimbursement.

How can I book a ride?
You can book Aargauer Taxi online in three short steps via “Request a ride” or by phone on 076 225 23 23, around the clock. After your request, you receive a binding confirmation with a booking number.
Where can I find your taxi, do you have a taxi rank?
Yes. Our fixed taxi rank is at Lenzburg station. If our car is there, simply get in. If it is out on a ride, call 076 225 23 23 or send a WhatsApp message; we pick you up at the station or at any other address. Planned rides are best booked ahead, and we confirm a fixed pick-up time. The company's registered office is at Zürcherstrasse 46 in Windisch.
Can I book a ride for someone else?
Yes. In the request, under “Details”, choose the option “For someone else” and enter the passenger's name and phone number. This is how relatives book doctor's appointments or shopping trips for their parents, for example; the confirmation and the invoice go to the person who made the booking.
Do you offer patient transport?
Yes. Aargauer Taxi drives patients from the Lenzburg, Aarau, Brugg and Baden area to doctor's appointments, to hospital, to dialysis or to therapy, helps them get in and out and, on request, escorts them to the registration desk. The passenger travels seated in a regular vehicle; this is not an ambulance transport.
Do you offer express and courier rides?
Yes. Aargauer Taxi delivers documents, keys, small parcels and spare parts in the Lenzburg, Aarau, Brugg and Baden area directly to the destination without reloading, with proof of handover. Express rides subject to availability; standing orders for companies can be planned.
