Cancellation terms
Plans change. Up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge, online in a minute.
Draft for review. Draft. The handling fee for short-notice cancellation or no-show is marked “to be set before publication”.

Free of charge up to 24 hours before
Cancellations and rescheduling requests that reach us up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time are free of charge. This applies to all rides, including airport transfers and individual appointments within a series of recurring appointments.
How to cancel or reschedule
- Online: Cancel or change a ride with the booking number from your confirmation. You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation.
- By phone or via WhatsApp: 076 225 23 23, around the clock.
- Business clients: via the agreed contact person or as above, stating the booking number and cost centre.
A cancellation is only valid once we have confirmed it. Until then, the ride remains scheduled.
Less than 24 hours and no-show
- For cancellations less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, a handling fee may be charged: to be set before publication.
- If you are not at the pick-up address at the agreed time and cannot be reached by phone, we wait 15 minutes. After that, the ride is deemed not taken and is charged in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- Recurring appointments: the entire series can be terminated at any time with effect from the end of the current week.
If we have to cancel
If we are unable to carry out a confirmed ride, we will inform you as early as possible and suggest an alternative. You will incur no costs.
Force majeure
In the event of circumstances for which no one is responsible (severe weather, road closures, official orders), we will look for a solution together; no cancellation fees apply.
