When a direct ride pays off

A courier with a direct ride collects the shipment from you and drives to the destination without stops and without reloading. That pays off when the day or the hour matters, for example with:

  • a signature folder between a law firm and its clients
  • a spare part the workshop is waiting for
  • keys or access cards between property management, building and tradespeople
  • contracts and documents with a deadline

We drive in Lenzburg, Aarau, Brugg, Baden and elsewhere in Aargau by arrangement. We take express rides subject to availability. If it is urgent, the best thing is to call: 076 225 23 23, around the clock.

What belongs in the request

The more precise the details, the better we can plan. Tell us:

  • the contents of the shipment and the number of items
  • the approximate size and weight
  • the pick-up address and the delivery address
  • the recipient: the person who takes the shipment
  • the time window: by when the shipment must arrive
  • for valuable shipments, the value

The shipment must be suitable for transport in a passenger car and packed so that it is not damaged. Before we confirm, we tell you whether everything fits in the vehicle. We confirm pick-up and delivery as binding.

What we only carry by agreement

Without prior written agreement we do not carry cash, securities, jewellery or other valuables, dangerous goods, shipments that need a cold chain, medicines or medical samples. In such cases, ask before you book. We never carry prohibited or illegal goods.

Handover and proof

We hand the shipment over in person to the named recipient or to an authorised person present there. We record the time and the name of the person who takes it. If nobody is there, we follow your instructions; without instructions we bring the shipment back. Extra rides and waiting time are charged according to our tariff.

Value and liability

We agree the value and any declaration of value before the order: in the form, in the quotation or in the confirmation. Without such an agreement, the statutory provisions on contracts of carriage apply (Art. 440 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations). The details are in our terms under «Courier rides».

Standing orders for businesses

If you regularly send things between two sites, such as the daily mail or the weekly spare parts run, we set up a standing order. We drive fixed rounds on agreed days; you receive the price as a quotation. Billing is by monthly invoice with a list of all shipments. Express rides are added subject to availability. You can request a quotation for a standing order via the business account page.

  • What, how many items, how big, how heavy?
  • From where to where, to whom?
  • By when must it arrive?
